Waste meat trim collected from the grocery store chains, restaurants, and frozen, expired, de-packaged meats from the cold storages are immediately ground and frozen. The meat trim is packaged as plate blocks, palletized, and stored at a temperature of minus 15 degrees Fahrenheit. This product is sold into the agriculture industry.
